Todd Ash – Todd received a Bachelor’s Degree in Entomology from the University of Kentucky in 1993.  He then went to work for one of the world’s largest fumigators assessing and remediating stored-product pest infestations.  After being trained as a food plant auditor, he helped found Sentry Pest Management in 1998.  While providing pest control services for food manufactures, he realized that their major shortcomings were in their ability to keep their plants clean.  He acquired his accreditations to be a Certified Food Plant Sanitarian, and Sentry Services was born.  His unique and comprehensive background as “entomologist, fumigator, auditor, pest-controller, sanitarian” has made him the pinnacle of food plant risk assessment and remediation.
